Sorry, I can’t find any other way of contacting you! I ordered a new screen for my 2017 Acadia and the ribbon is different. Just want to see if I’ve received the wrong one or not. This was ordered on 9/14/23 and I am just now getting to work on it. Please contact me via email if possible! Thank you!
This solved all my issues with ghost touches and freezing. Very easy installation, although Cuescreens should include in their installation video that if the 5 metal tabs on the back side of the display are bent out of the way the frame which the digitizer is adhered to is very easily removed. This saves the possibility of damaging the display as the old screen and glue are removed. Once that is done, reattach the frame to the display unit and then attach the new screen.
This fixed my 2018 GMC Acadia Phantom touch issue. I first tried a cheaper digitizer with bad results. Cheap screen was only half touch sensitive and glare was bad. I decided to give Cuescreens a try. The product appears to be exactly the same as the OEM screen. Same markings and quality. It works great and glare is the same as the OEM screen.
Screen looks excellent and you can really tell it's better quality than even the OE screen. The installation video is great and walks you through all the steps. I now have the center of my screen back! Thanks again. -Tony
Great product, fairly easy installation, (need a little patience). Great instruction videos!
